With the release of COM 2.0, we’ve revamped the login screen with cleaner, updated appearance. To access COM 2.0, please use the standard URL: https://com.nycdot.io

If you do not see the new login screen (shown above), please try the following:

1. Close all your open browser tabs (Chrome/ Firefox/ Microsoft Edge). Then, open a new browser tab and click this link: https://com.nycdot.io
2. Restart your computer. After restarting, please login to you computer and open a new browser tab. Then, click this link: https://com.nycdot.io
3. Close all your open browser tabs (Chrome/ Firefox/ Microsoft Edge). Then, open a new browser tab and click this link: https://com.nycdot.io
4. If you still do not see the new login screen, please contact IT immediately.
