The date that is selected for the completion of the asphalt stage would not mark the end date if the pour or framing stage is the last toggled stage for any element. If asphalt is not toggled then it cannot be requested for. Same with the other stages except the framing stage because framing does not have a request module.
Therefore, if pour or framing is the last toggled stage then when completing the stage the options will be “Pending” and “Stage & Element completed” instead of “Pending” and “Stage completed”
