How to complete a concrete request?

Login to COM

Go to Requests

  • Hover on the left menu and select Requests. Then, select concrete. (See Figure 1)
  • First, after creating a concrete request you will see a toggle button under the pending column. (See Figure 2)
  • Turn that toggle button on.
  • You would get a pop up asking for the delivery time and date. (See Figure 3)
  • Give the necessary information and click on “Update”.
  • You would see that the request would shift from the pending tab to the scheduled tab and you will also see a snack bar message saying “Concrete request updated successfully”.
  • Then create a concrete crew for the scheduled requested elements. Click here to view how.
  • Then he will assign the elements to the crew. Click here to view how.
  • After work is done, go back to concrete request screen again.
  • Click on the scheduled tab.
  • You will see your desired request over there.
  • Click on the “Complete” button on the right-hand side under the request column. (See Figure 4)
  • As soon as you click on the complete button you will get a pop up asking for the status of that element and you will also be able to change the date. (See Figure 5)
  • Make the necessary changes and click on submit.
  • The request will move under the “Completed” tab.
  • Then, if required he can create an operational supervisor gangsheet and complete and submit it.

NOTE:

1. Only scheduled concrete request can be completed.
2. A concrete request cannot be assigned to a crew until it is scheduled first.

While changing the status when completing the request, you can see 2 options depending on different situations :-
1. You will see “Stage completed” if pour is not the last toggled stage for that element.
2. You will see “Stage & Element Completed” if pour is the last toggled stage for that element.

Permissions: Super admin, Pour operational supervisor & Pour admin
