Release Notes ver.1.02

1. Modify Excavation Request form: add “Stone Quantity” field and modify Bull Nose Radius options.
2. Show 10 items by default on Project Management, Gangsheet, & Crew screens.
3. Make Satellite view the default view for all map screens.
