6/7/19New iPad workflow with HR as the ‘Approver’ to submit Gangsheet:
1- Add Crew Management Screen
2- Modify Vehicle Screen so that HR can cost vehicles to Elements
3- Add Timesheet Screen so that HR can add their own time
4- Allow a Crew Leader to be noted for each crew so that the crew
so that the crew can be identified in the iPad app.
6/17/19New Request Modules:
1- Add Request Mod for Sawcutting
2- Add Request Mod for Excavation
3- Add Request Mod for Asphalt
6/17/19Add Element Work History
6/17/191- Set Element Start Date to the date that a sawcutting crew is
assigned.
2- Set Element Substantially Completed Date to the date when the
Concrete Request is marked completed.
3- Set Project End Date to the date that the Asphalt Request is
marked completed for the last element in the project.
4- Update all dashboard counters based on completed Asphalt
Requests.
5- Update Workmap to show Element stage color based on the
requested stages.
6- iPad: Remove Crew Timesheet
8/22/191- Add ‘Copy Crew’ function
2- Allow Supervisors to complete elements separately within a
single Request.
8/26/191- Engineer: Add single toggle to ‘Select All Stages’ for an element.
2- Restrict duplicate intersections while creating a New Project.
3- Add hover tooltip for ‘Copy Crew’ function to show crew
members.
4- Add PedRamp counter for IFA projects.
9/9/191- Project Management: Filter Projects by “My Yard”
2- Project Management: Add accordion panel so that users can
quickly view the stage(s) of each Element and Submit a Request
3- Project Management: Allow users to Submit a Request from the
Project Management profile page.
